​Après délibération, le comité désigne le candidat ou la candidate appelé(e) à être recruté(e) et en communique le nom au Président-directeur général de l'Inserm pour décision.

Après accord, un contrat de chaire de professeur junior est proposé au candidat ou à la candidate retenu(e).

​Sélection sur dossier : un comité de sélection examine les dossiers de candidature et sélectionne les candidats et candidates qu'il souhaite auditionner.

​​Audition des candidats retenus à l'étape de présélection par le comité de sélection.

​​A l'issue des auditions, le comité de sélection délibère et se prononce en fonction des mérites des candidats, en prenant en compte la qualité, l'originalité et, le cas échéant, l'interdisciplinarité des projets de recherche et d'enseignement présentés, la motivation des candidats et leur capacité d'encadrement scientifique et pédagogique.

​After deliberation, the committee designates the candidate to be recruited and communicates his/her name to the President-Director General of Inserm for decision.

After agreement, a junior professorship contract is proposed to the selected candidate.
